250 g plain flour
100 g of granulated sugar
200 g of flavored RAJO raisin-vanilla cottage cheese
60 g of butter
60 ml of milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon of baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
For the topping:
1 egg white
180 g of powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
nuts/sugar decorations to finish

Mix the dry ingredients together, add the egg, milk, melted butter, RAJO cottage cheese and mix the dough thoroughly.

Fill the muffin cups with thick dough and bake the muffins for 20 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.

While the muffins are baking, prepare the frosting. We beat powdered sugar with egg white and lemon juice into a smooth glaze, which we use to decorate the cooled muffins.

At the end, we decorate them with nuts, sugar decorations and can serve.
