Compliance of the provided service with accessibility requirements

1. General description of the service

Through the website www.rajo.sk, the Service Provider provides, in particular, information about the rajo brand, product lines, individual products, recipes, news, and contact options for consumers. The website also includes search, switching between language versions, and a contact form for questions, ideas or suggestions.

2. Explanation of how the service works

The service is provided through a publicly accessible website without the need to create a user account. Users may navigate between sections (rajo Brand, Products, Recipes, News and Contact), search content, view product and recipe details, and send a message to the Service Provider via the contact form. The website also publishes the Service Provider's basic identification and contact details and information about the company store.

3. How the service meets accessibility requirements

The Service Provider continuously adopts and evaluates measures aimed at ensuring that the service, within the scope of its nature, is as accessible as possible to persons with disabilities. These measures include in particular:

  • information on the website is published predominantly in a textual and logically structured form, using headings, lists and standard navigation elements;

  • the website controls, including the main navigation, search function and contact form, are designed to be readable, understandable and usable in standard web browsers and on different types of devices;

  • text labels are used for form fields and the user is informed of the required data before submitting the form;

  • the content of the website is published in a way that makes it available through standard web browser technologies, including support for content enlargement and standard assistive features of the device or browser;

  • additional contact channels are available for communication with users, in particular the contact form and the Service Provider's telephone contact.

Although our information society services meet some of the accessibility requirements, the application of the accessibility requirements for the service for persons with disabilities is not complete. After assessing the application of the accessibility requirements for the service for persons with disabilities, we concluded that applying those requirements in full would impose a disproportionate burden on the Service Provider according to the criteria laid down in Government Regulation of the Slovak Republic No. 283/2023 Coll., which establishes accessibility requirements for services for persons with disabilities, functionality criteria and criteria for assessing disproportionate burden, as amended (the "Regulation"). In view of the above, the Service Provider will apply the accessibility requirements for the information society service to the extent that their fulfilment does not, according to the established criteria under the Regulation, constitute a disproportionate burden on the Service Provider pursuant to Section 7(1)(b) of the Act. This fact was also notified in writing, in accordance with Section 7(5) of the Act, to the supervisory authority, which is the Slovak Trade Inspection.

4. Availability of information

This statement is based on an internal assessment of the publicly available parts of the website and on the nature of the services available on it as of the date of preparation of this text.

In accordance with Section 7(3) of the Act on the accessibility of products and services for persons with disabilities, we will review this application of the accessibility requirements for the service for persons with disabilities whenever the offered service changes or at the request of the Slovak Trade Inspection, but no later than within five years from the last assessment.

This information on the accessibility of the provided service is made available in written form on the website, and the Service Provider will also provide it through available contact channels throughout the entire period during which the service is provided.
