Muffins with RAJO Lactofree Acid and strawberries

Ingredients

  • 150 mlRAJO Lactofree Acidko
  • 100 ml vegetable milk
  • 60 ml coconut oil (dissolved)
  • 200 smooth flour
  • 80g coconut sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 150 gjahoda (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. First, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and sugar.
  2. In the second bowl, mix RAJO Laktofree Acidko, melted coconut oil, vegetable milk.
  3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and gently mix until everything is well combined.
  4. At the end, add strawberries and mix carefully.
  5. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes, until they are beautifully golden brown.
  6. Let cool and serve. Bon appetit!
