Muffins with RAJO Lactofree Acid and strawberries

Ingredients
- 150 mlRAJO Lactofree Acidko
- 100 ml vegetable milk
- 60 ml coconut oil (dissolved)
- 200 smooth flour
- 80g coconut sugar
- 1 vanilla pod
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 gjahoda (fresh or frozen)
Instructions
- First, mix the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder and sugar.
- In the second bowl, mix RAJO Laktofree Acidko, melted coconut oil, vegetable milk.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients and gently mix until everything is well combined.
- At the end, add strawberries and mix carefully.
- Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with batter and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes, until they are beautifully golden brown.
