250 g of cherry tomatoes
2 red onions
1 head of garlic
250 g RAJO Lactofree Cottage Cheese
olive oil
ground black pepper
salt
toasted bread to serve

Place the chopped pepper, cherry tomatoes, onion cut into quarters and the head of garlic cut lengthwise on a baking sheet, cover with olive oil and season with salt and ground black pepper.

Bake the vegetables for 50 minutes at a temperature of 200°C and let them partially cool after baking.

Transfer the vegetables to a bowl, squeeze the garlic out of the skin, add RAJO Laktofree cottage cheese and blend until smooth.

We serve the dip garnished with basil and toasted bread.
