The consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 2016/679 of April 27. 2016 on the Protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR Regulations") serves as a legal basis for the processing of Personal Data.
I acknowledge that I provided my Personal Data to the Personal Data Controller voluntarily as a Data Subject, and my failure to do so would prevent the proper solution and handling of my inquiries, opinions, questions or comments by the Personal Data Controller.
The consent to the processing of my Personal Data is granted to the Personal Data Controller for six (6) months from the date of its award, and the Personal Data Controller shall keep my Personal Data for this period.
As a Data Subject, I have the right to revoke my consent at any time by sending a written request to the Personal Data Controller's registered address: Studená 35, 823 55 Bratislava-Ružinov, or in another demonstrable way. The withdrawal of my consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing of my Personal Data based on the consent issued prior to its withdrawal.
