Ingrediencie

60 g of fine oatmeal

60 g of ground hazelnuts

80 g of coconut

100 g of RAJO vegan butter

2 teaspoons of cane sugar

pinch of salt


for filling:

150 g RAJO Vegan Fruit & Oat mango-passion fruit

150 g RAJO Vegan Fruit & Oat cherry-blackcurrant


for caramelized plums:

200 g of plums

30 g of granulated sugar

4 PL of water

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together, we should get a firm dough.

Press the dough into the tartlets molds and bake it at a temperature of 170°C for approximately 10-15 minutes.

While the tartlets are baking, prepare the caramelized plums. Melt the caramel sugar in a pan, add prunes cut into small pieces and water.

Boil the plums for a short while, stirring occasionally, until soft.

Turn the cooled tartlets out of the molds, fill them with RAJO vegan oat dessert and decorate with caramelized plums.
